Urban Youth Regeneration

America’s urban environments are desperately in need of education and support to rebuild the moral fiber of our society.  At A Better World, our programs are designed to educate and empower youth and their communities – exposing them to their potential to change their circumstances and destiny.

The interdependence of healthy minds, bodies and souls provides the framework of our programs in academics, health and character enrichment.  We nurture youth to have a vision for a better future and the desire to take responsibility for building it.  Through our work, these at-risk individuals gain a deep respect for society, the planet and themselves.

Exodus to Excellence:  Improved academic performance and interpersonal skills.  

Youth In Media:  Understanding of mass media’s effect on value systems and the creation of peer-to-peer ‘edutainment.’ 

CHANGE:  Youth empowerment to create positive change through social entrepreneurship and leadership training.
